Justin Bieber’s Company Sued Over Car Accident Causing ‘Severe’ Injuries

Justin Bieber's touring company is being sued by a worker who claims he was hit by a car while unloading equipment.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, a man who was tasked with unloading a tractor-trailer connected to the pop star, claims he was hit by a car while working on the truck.

In the lawsuit, the person says "On or about July 26, 2021 (he) was unloading equipment from a tractor-trailer on or near Avenue Stanford in the city of Santa Clarita, in the county of Los Angeles." At the time, he says the truck was parked in a "2-way turning lane" and he was hired to unload the load "owned by" the defendants.

Unfortunately, during the offloading, he was struck by an oncoming vehicle in the street. He claims the truck was "negligently, carelessly, recklessly, unskillfully, and unlawfully" controlled and parked the truck which caused him to get run over by the car.

In the suit, the alleged victim doesn't specifically describe his injuries due to the crash, but says, "the unlawful conduct" of the defendants caused him to sustain "severe bodily injuries." Now, he claims as a result of the accident he continues to have "pain and suffering."
