A Lamborghini Huracan Makes One Hell of a Drift Car

From Road & Track

When Lamborghini launched the excellent rear-wheel-drive Huracan, it made no bones about the fact that it was built for oversteer. Married couple Sam and Stina Hübinette bought their own LP580-2, and have installed some choice modifications to turn it into a drift weapon. The results, unsurprisingly, are glorious.

With 580-hp from a naturally aspirated V10 on tap, the Huracan LP580-2 is already a pretty great drift car from stock but the Hübinettes upped the ante with a hydraulic handbrake. New Nitto tires, Vorsteiner wheels, and a carbon fiber Vorsteiner body kit complete the fantastic package.

Donut Media–the people behind that Ferrari-powered Toyota 86–are doing a whole video series on the Hübinettes and their car, so expect more slidey Huracan goodness. We're not sure why people are turning supercars like this Lamborghini into drift cars, but we are 100-percent for it.

I mean, it's a Huracan with a Hydraulic handbrake! What's not to love?
