Lizzy Musi of Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings fame has passed away after being diagnosed with stage four breast cancer. She was only 33 years old, leaving countless fans stunned. Her father confirmed she died not long before midnight on June 27.

Random boat on Detroit interstate causes chaos.

Her father announced his daughter’s passing in a Facebook post which was shared and spread like wildfire. Since then, fans have been sharing thoughts on that post and Lizzy’s social media posts.

Fans originally learned of the stage four breast cancer diagnosis when Musi shared a post about it on Instagram back in April 2023. Even though her condition has been known for over a year, many were expecting her to make a full recovery and continue racing.

After all, Musi was a fighter and a fierce competitor. While one can make adjustments at the track to best an opponent, cancer doesn’t exactly work that way. That’s an unfortunate reality which has fueled the grief felt by many.

Musi came into the spotlight on Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings back in 2018 as she raced with her dad, an eight-time PDRA Pro Street World Champion and also famously runs Pat Musi Racing Engines, supplying powerplants to racers. She quickly became a favorite of many viewers and has enjoyed a loyal following since.

Other Street Outlaw stars have suffered untimely fates lately. Ryan Fellows passed away after being in a tragic car crash back on August 7, 2022. He was filming an episode of the show at the time. He was only 41 at the time.

Chris Ellis died in September 2020 at his house in Oklahoma City, reportedly from a heroin overdose. While not a racer on the show, he was a mechanic and favorite of many viewers, enjoying a run on the reality TV series from 2013 to 2018.
