Yahoo Autos Meet the Mercedes A-Class Sedan

The A-Class Sedan
At the Beijing Auto Show, Mercedes introduced this, a long wheelbase Mercedes A-Class sedan. This car might be for the Chinese market, but it's important because we will also be getting a version of the A-Class sedan here in the states.
It looks pretty great, like a CLS that's been photocopied on 70 percent. This version is dubbed A-Class L, for long wheelbase. It's 2.4 inches longer than the standard car. We should be seeing our version soon and it'll be for sale in the autumn.
No Gain in Baku
This weekend is the Azerbaijan Grand Prix on the streets of Baku. The track has an insanely long straight, so sleek aero and power will be of utmost importance. Fernando Alonso isn't bullish on McLaren's chances at a big improvement at this race.
And that's because, while the team has been bringing improvements to each race, the next big update will be the Spanish Grand Prix, which is the start of the European season. One consolation for Alonso is that while he might not qualify that great in Baku, the McLarens have been pretty great in race trim so far this year. So there is hope for points.
Audi's Recall
Audi is recalling 1.2 million cars for possible overheating of coolant pumps that could start on fire. The 1.2 million cars are worldwide, with 342,000 in the US.
The recall includes the 2013 - 2016 A4 and Allroad, 2013 - 2017 A5, 2013 - 2017 Q5, and 2012- 2015 A6. You'll get a notice by early June if your car is impacted.
