Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly Are ‘On a Break’ Now and Have ‘Pretty Volatile’ Relationship

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are still figuring out their future together, Us Weekly reported today, but currently, their romance is off and their wedding planning is unsurprisingly on pause. The outlet's report comes six days after sources made it clear to Us and People that a reconciliation wasn't looking all that likely for the two right now.

Us' source said in the new report today, “Megan and MGK are currently on a break but are still in contact. They are very hot and cold.” The couple, who got engaged last year, “have stalled wedding planning to work on their issues. Their relationship is pretty volatile at the moment. They are currently off, but still texting each other.”

A source told Us last week that it would take a lot for Fox and Kelly to work things out. [Megan] isn’t sure where things stand with Colson [Kelly’s real name], and it’s complicated at the moment,” the insider said. “They’re still working on their relationship because the love they had was the real deal. That’s not something that just goes away overnight. However, they would need to have a significant breakthrough to make things work. It’s all up in the air right now.”

People's source said that the couple’s friends were doubtful they'd make it. “They’re not completely done,” the source said. “They’re still trying to sort through things, but most of their friends think it is likely over. They’re just not ready to totally call it yet.”

Neither Fox nor Kelly have commented on their relationship status. Fox first sparked breakup rumors over Super Bowl weekend after she deleted almost all her Instagram posts with Kelly in them, unfollowed him, and posted an Instagram with a Beyoncé lyric hinting at infidelity: “You can taste the dishonesty/ it’s all over your breath.”

She later denied cheating was a factor in their issues. Fox shared a statement to her Instagram on February 19 that has since been taken it down.

She wrote then, “There has been no third party interference in this relationship of any kind. That includes but is not limited to...actual humans, DMs, AI bots or succubus demons. While I do hate to rob you of running random baseless news stories that would have been much more accurately written by ChatGPT, you need to let this story die and leave all of these innocent people alone now.”
