Pickup-truck conversions aren't a new concept in the car world, and yet, they never cease to be entertaining. And as cars, they're useful! This 2001 Acura Integra GSR combines one of the sweetest-handling front-wheel drive cars of all time with the all practicality of a pickup. Could you ask for anything more out of a single car?

It's listed for sale on Cragislist in Baltimore (though it's registered in Pennsylvania), and while the seller concedes that it's a project car, it looks to be in good shape. It needs a repaint and the sunroof squeaks, but for $5000, we could live with that. Hell, that's about what a good, non-pickup Integra GSR costs.

The Integra GSR lives in the shadow of the ultra-rare, ultra-desirable Type R, but it shouldn't be overlooked. Its sweet little DOHC 1.8-liter made 170 horsepower at 7600 rpm and revved out all the way to 8000 rpm. That engine came paired with a slick five-speed manual and truly world-class handling.

This particular car has new coilovers, new motor mounts and a short-shift kit too. The seller didn't list the mileage, but these cars a long time if treated right, so a high odometer reading shouldn't be a big concern.
