New Kia Sedona and Toyota Sienna haul the goods in latest Talking Cars podcast

Some car buyers value practicality, while others just want to have fun. This wide-ranging episode of Talking Cars spans those extremes. First off, we take a look at the updated 2015 Toyota Sienna and redesigned 2015 Kia Sedona. While we applaud the space - and child-appeasing gadgetry - of minivans, we note that SUVs are catching up or surpassing them in fuel economy. We also compare these vans to the top-rated Honda Odyssey. Both the Sedona and Sienna have some advantages over the Odyssey, but they fail to be as well-rounded overall.

Next, we answer two viewer questions about what makes a car really fun to drive. Great steering plays an important role, but it isn't everything. Neither is the ever-increasing size of cars, despite a viewer's passionate pleas otherwise.

As with the other shows, this episode is also available free through the iTunes store. Subscribe to the video or audio. You'll also find the video on YouTube.
