Recall: Yamaha FZ-09

Yamaha made a mixup that could potentially be hazardous to FZ-09 riders. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, some Yamaha FZ-09 models have issues with the front wiring harness.

The wiring harness that connects the headlight, among other things, can be too short on some models. Turn the bars lock to lock and potentially the harness becomes unplugged or pinched. A minor problem, but still a safety issue for those riding at night, as an unplugged harness will cut off the headlight.
