This One-of-Three Saab 95 Panel Van Can Be Yours

From Road & Track

This 1962 Saab 95 is officially known as the "Bullnose Panel Van", and only three were built to Danish specification with right-hand drive, imported to the UK by Saab Great Britain for use as service vehicles.

Powered by an 841cc two-stroke three-cylinder engine, this 'Born from Jets' workhorse will take care of all your business needs with its sturdy, yet classy steel wheels, two-tone red and gray interior and highly versatile cargo area.

The Saab 95 wagon has no problem with straight line speed either. With its fully flat underbody, this 95 will generate an adequate amount of downforce, especially when approaching its top speed provided by its 46 horsepower.

The Saab 95 is also highly fuel-efficient for its time. With a small handle on the firewall, it can be put into a "freewheeling" mode. This allows you to coast downhill without seizing the two-stroke engine. When power is needed, the transmission reengages, and you're back in business uphill!
