Plenty of Good Seats Available: Las Vegas GP Hotel and Ticket Prices Plummeting

With the inaugural running of the modern Las Vegas Grand Prix just one week away, astronomical ticket and hotel prices announced last year have started to drop. While that is bad news for people who purchased high-priced options well in advance, it is good news for Formula 1 fans hoping for a slightly more affordable way to see the series race close to America's west coast.

Hotel prices tracked by local CBS affiliate 8 News Now are down substantially from their originally announced prices in November of last year, with some hotels now offering rooms for the race weekend at a lower price than their room rates for a regular weekend in 2022.
