Flush with glass, a San Francisco penthouse with a wrap-around “sky garden” and 6,900 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor living space has hit the market for $5.9 million.

Interior designer Ken Fulk and architect Toby Levy united to create the three-bedroom, five-bathroom unit at 1 South Park. The light-filled interior space is 3,910 square feet.

Some 35 modern lofts make up 1 South Park, a converted 1920s warehouse.

“Designed (and) built utilizing sophisticated infrastructure (and) the finest materials, this penthouse has no equal,” the official property listing says.

In Unit 406, glass-sided stairs lead up to the dramatic upper level, where a glass-walled great room and the 3,000-square-foot wrap-around “sky garden” are found. The park-like rooftop area is landscaped in turf and custom lighting, with an outdoor kitchen with quartz counters and a dining table that sits 10 people. The spacious sky garden features a fire pit, sun lounge, Moroccan daybed, oversized hot tub and extensive audio system.

A pet in the big city is no problem at this residence: the home has a large dog run, too.
