Everyone knows that cars tend to depreciate the minute you drive them off the dealer lot, potentially losing you thousands in equity from the very first minute you own it. Cars are a bad investment, and that’s particularly true of high-end luxury cars, let’s say Mercedes-Benz or greater. If you’re buying a new Bentley Bentayga for just shy of a quarter million dollars, you can’t expect to recoup very much of that selling it off a few years later. The selling dealer claims this Glacier White behemoth cost $281,000 brand new, and it is listed on eBay for $119,000.
