Suspect in Pensacola Fitness shooting indicted for premeditated first-degree murder
A grand jury has indicted a Pensacola man accused of shooting and killing his ex-girlfriend at a gym last month.
On Monday, an Escambia County grand jury indicted Kennon Nicholas Farrow on charges of first-degree premeditated murder with a firearm, violation of an Injunction against domestic violence and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Farrow's indictment stems from the shooting death of Carla Williams, which occurred at Pensacola Fitness Center on May 24.
An arrest report alleges Farrow walked in to the gym at about 4:30 a.m. and shot Williams multiple times while she was doing a morning workout. Several gym members and employees reportedly witnessed the shooting and identified Farrow as Williams' ex-boyfriend.
