Yahoo Autos Svelte 2020 Ferrari 488 Pista Is Auctioning Now

Just 188 miles show on the odometer of this 2020 Ferrari 488 Pista, making it perhaps the freshest on the market at the moment. That alone, plus the many factory goodies, is driving quite a bit of interest for this particular one that’s being auctioned online right now.
Ferrari paints a bright picture for 2024.
Those factory extras include, according to the seller, carbon-fiber components for the exterior, interior, and engine compartment plus 20-inch ten-spoke carbon-fiber wheels, ceramic-composite brakes, suspension lift system, and carbon-fiber racing seats. In other words, if you like the look and lightness of carbon fiber (and who doesn’t?) this is music to your ears.
Of course, for those who know, the main attraction of the 488 Pista, other than the svelte exterior design, is the shocking performance. At its heart is a twin-turbo 3.9-liter V8 married to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic created using Formula One designs. That means rapid gear changes and explosive acceleration to more than match those looks.
While there are a lot of people who think Ferraris should only wear red, we have to say this 488 Pista looks mighty fine in Nero DS over black leather and cloth. Black has a way of accentuating those curves and adds a mysterious sophistication to cars like this. Plus it helps the Scuderia Ferrari shields on the fenders really stand out.
How the seller, who says they’re the original owner, was able to not even burn a full tank of gas, keeping this car parked for the most part since taking delivery in Hawaii is a mystery to us. That just means the new owner will still need to break this Ferrari in and gets to enjoy the experience of having a fresh 488 Pista.
Some will pay dearly for such an experience, or to sit on this car further and let someone else later pay even more for it. Currently, the top bid sits at $460,000 on Bring A Trailer, but with seven days left that will inevitably balloon to much more.
