The 'Love Is Blind' Season 6 Couples Just Dropped Some *Major* Life Updates

Season 6 of the Netflix dating "experiment" Love Is Blind has come to a close.

While it certainly won’t go down as the most successful season, with only one couple—Johnny and Amy—ending the season together with “I do,” it may be the most gossip-filled, with tons of text messages, sneaky videos, paparazzi photos, and more, leaving fans glued to their phones between episodes.

The show’s reunion special aired March 13, and the couples (and former couples) spilled the tea and updated us all on their relationship status, along with some special guests from seasons past. Hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey gathered with the cast on the set, where the couples saw each other for the first time for their engagement, which was a cool look BTS.

The latest season probably has you wondering about the show's track record for making lasting matches since it debuted back in 2020. If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably been stalking the Love Is Blind cast’s Instagrams relentlessly to figure out what the couples are up to now.

Here’s everything you need to know about which Love Is Blind couples have stayed together over the past six seasons, who remained friends, and who will probably never speak again:

Season 6:

A lot happened during season six. Five couples got engaged in the first six episodes, but only one of them ended up making it to “I do.”

While five couples left the pods to enter back into "the real world" together, two couples split early on: Brittany and Kenneth and Jeramey and Laura.

Brittany and Kenneth

What happened on the show: The two easily navigated hefty topics like race and religion, but ultimately split when Brittany admitted that she was missing a "crave." Brittany and Kenneth explained at the reunion that they decided not to have sex before marriage. Other cast members questioned this choice and asked how maybe opening up the physical part of their relationship may “create the crave,” as season 3’s Alexa Lemieux put it. But Brittany said she was confident that the physical part of the relationship would only be an addition and that without the emotional groundwork, there was no future for this couple. And, of course, viewers were screaming at their televisions for Kenneth to put! Down! The! Phone! As he remained glued to his device during every disagreement. This was also addressed at the reunion. Kenneth is a principal, so he said all that screen time was spent communicating with teachers, parents, and students. Maybe he gets a little pass.

What’s Brittany and Kenneth’s relationship status now? Fans are wondering if they got back together after Brittany posted a March 11 TikTok featuring her ex-fiancé. As she writes, "Stay 10 toes down for the reunion."

This was, perhaps, a bit overplayed. Brittany and Kenneth are not romantically involved but are best friends who FaceTime and talk all day long, they shared.

Jeramey and Laura

What happened on the show: These two were on the rocks after Jeramey stayed out late to catch up with his pod ex, Sarah Ann. The two broke up at the end of episode 10, when Laura left viewers with the cliffhanger: "I want out." And it doesn't seem like these two will be getting back together after Jeramey's controversial jet skiing date with Sarah Ann. Woof.

What’s Jeramey and Laura relationship status now? In the trailer for the reunion, speculation was high that Jeramey and Sarah Ann are actually dating now. Of note: Sarah Ann also appears at the reunion with enough body glitter to blind a person. However, Laura didn’t attend the reunion in person. Instead, she Zoomed in from Barcelona, where she was on a work trip, and took no prisoners. She called Jeramey out for blindsiding her with Sarah Ann and says his infamous night out was immediately after he met her whole family. Yikes! Laura revealed she is dating someone now, so that’s nice to hear!

Jimmy and Chelsea

What happened on the show: After getting off to a rocky start on the couple's getaway, these two continued to clash at home. In one argument, Chelsea accused Jimmy of not being affectionate enough; in another, Chelsea shared that she's feeling insecure after learning that Jimmy followed his pod ex, Jessica, on Instagram. It all culminated with Jimmy telling her he wants a "breather" from sex before the couple made up. Phew! Although the couple resolved things, episode 11 saw the couple experience more turmoil after Chelsea expressed her insecurity about Jimmy's close-knit friendships with women (one whom he allegedly hooked up with previously), as well as his partying habits.

It should also be noted that both Jimmy and Chelsea were involved in pretty intense love triangles at the beginning of the season, with Jimmy caught between Jessica and Chelsea, and Chelsea deciding between Trevor and Jimmy.

Ultimately, Jimmy dumped Jess (cue: the most epic epi pen speech of all time) and moved forward with Chelsea. Jess seems to be thriving, was cast on Perfect Match, and was spotted swimming with notable Netflix f*ckboy Harry Jowsey.

Trevor, on the other hand....seemed like quite the sweetie pie on the show, with the internet claiming he must be protected “at all costs.” This sweet persona seemed to fall away as a woman—only identified as “Pumpkin”—dropped text message receipts showing Trevor was texting her before and after filming the show. After he left, he even asked Pumpkin to marry him! Trevor was brought on to the reunion to answer for this...and really had nothing to say. He froze, and then awkwardly asked to leave the stage. Best of luck to Pumpkin.

What's Jimmy and Chelsea’s relationship status now?

Jimmy and Chelsea ultimately didn’t make it—the two broke up at the bachelor and bachelorette parties. Their breakup involved both airing a lot of grievances. At the end of it all, Chelsea was left crying by herself.

But now, viewers are more confused than ever if they're back together, after a server at a Florida restaurant posted a video of the two grabbing a bite.

While Nick and Vanessa entered this reunion FIERY, they surprisingly didn’t touch on this resurfaced footage of Jimmy and Chelsea so...TBD on all that.

Clay and AD

What happened on the show: After a brief love triangle in the pods, Clay and AD seemed to be stronger than ever. But, in Charlotte, Clay confronts his familial history with infidelity, telling AD that he fears his can't be faithful because his own father wasn't. He suggests couples therapy for the relationship.

What's Clay and AD’s relationship status now?

These two are not together. In fact, the couple’s wedding ceremony was a complete disaster. Clay commented on AD’s body as she came down the aisle. But while AD said, “I do,” Clay said he didn’t think it was “responsible” for him to marry her, adding, “but I want you to know that I’m rockin’ with you.” While Clay tried to keep things going, sans marriage, AD declared that she’s “done.”

Clay said in the reunion that he made a mistake and that AD is the love of his life. He says he’s been in therapy to become a better man, and hopes she’ll take him back. AD, for her part, still seems too hurt. And in a shocking plot twist, AD went on a date with her pod fling, Matthew in the real world. But it fizzled out almost as quickly as it did in the pods.

Johnny and Amy

What happened on the show: I have one word: wholesome! These two seem like a match made in heaven and are doing great in and out of the pods. The only issue they've faced so far is their lack of intimacy, which can be chalked up to Johnny’s fear of an accidental pregnancy. Luckily, this scene is sandwiched in between happy family meetups.

What's Johnny and Amy’s relationship status now?

Johnny and Amy went through with the wedding, and it was everything. During her vows, Amy said that she fell in love with Johnny’s soul, and they both said “I do.” In the aftermath, the two kissed constantly, and Johnny sweetly said that his new wife is out of his league.

Johnny and Amy hadn’t posted about married life ahead of the reunion (understandably, probably are not allowed). But at the reunion vieweres got a sweet look into their first year of marriage, and they seem just as happy as we left them on their wedding night!

Season 5:

Season 5 of Love Is Blind was a weird one. Here's a brief synopsis: Only two couples got engaged, and only one actually ended up saying "I do."

Here's what to know about the season 5 couples:

Lydia and Milton

What happened on the show: After Lydia was rejected by another contestant, Izzy, she hit it off with Milton. However, after making that connection, Lydia admitted that she had a prior relationship with Uche before the pods (it's a whole thing). Eventually, Milton and Lydia got engaged in the pods, had a cute vacation in Mexico, and then moved in together. However, their families were very "meh" toward the relationship. It's like if Romeo and Juliet met on Love Is Blind.

What's Lydia and Milton's relationship status now? They're married! And they're still going strong, based on their appearance at the LIB reunion. After facing a bit of adversity from their fams, it seems the couple has moved past it. "They're all team Lydia now," Milton told the Lacheys during the reunion.

In fact, Lydia reported that she feels very close to Milton's family now. "I love them dearly," she said.

During the reunion, Milton also shared that he can't wait to leave work every day to see Lydia. "In the past, I would typically stay at work late," he said. "Now, 5:30 hits and I'm like, 'Hey I got to get home to my wife.'" Awww.

Izzy and Stacy

What happened on the show: A love triangle, of sorts. Izzy was a hot commodity in the pods, but eventually picked Stacy. The pair hit it off from the start, and Izzy eventually asked Stacy to marry him. There were no awkward vibes when they met IRL, and once they moved in together and met each other's families, things went as smoothly as they possibly could.

However, these two hit a snag in the finance department, with Stacy telling Izzy she "expects to live a certain way" and freaking out when she found out about his less-than-stellar credit score.

When it came time to hit the altar, Izzy delivered a sweet note for Stacy, and said "I do." Stacy, however, said "I don't." (They still ended up kissing on the altar anyway...?) Obviously, this hurt Izzy, and he didn't understand why he wasn't "enough" for her. They parted ways on their wedding day, and it was unclear if they were ever able to rekindle their connection.

What's Izzy and Stacy's relationship status now? They're not together. But, they are, at least, on decent terms—which had not always been the case! The couple claimed they hadn't spoken to each other in about a year since their wedding.

At first, they attempted to continue dating, but Stacy eventually admitted to Izzy that she did not want to continue their relationship. Obviously, they both needed some time away from each other after filming the show. The pair rekindled a relationship—which fizzled into a friendship—after a run-in at a bar about a year after their break up. (And yes, they did kiss.)

BTW, after their breakup, Izzy briefly tried things out with Johnie, but now, he's seeing someone totally new. In fact, the former LIB contestant alluded to the relationship at the reunion, and just debuted his new boo, Shelby Webb, on his IG grid. Apparently they met at a cooking class?

It seems they've already reached the "tattoos together" phase of their relationship, too. Stacy even shared the love on the photo, writing "Cuties ❤️," under the post. Sometimes exes can remain friends!

As for whether she is seeing someone, Stacy had "no comment," at the reunion.

Taylor and JP

What happened on the show: In the pods, Taylor and JP seem like a match made in heaven. They hit it off really early, and even came up with cute nicknames for each other. JP called Taylor "sugar," and Taylor called JP "sugarbutt."

It wasn't really surprising when they become the first couple to get engaged—but then things got awkward outside the pods, and they broke up right before leaving Mexico.

What's JP and Taylor's relationship status now? After JP told Taylor he didn't like how much makeup she wore and thought it made her seem "fake," Taylor was understandably upset. After filming, she tells WH that the whole thing left her "confused" and hurt.

"[Mexico was] the last time we've seen each other, but not the last time that we've spoken to each other. We have spoken to each other a few times since then," Taylor says. "[We are] not friends. I don't know if we could ever get to that friend level. But I want nothing but good things for him."

The first time the pair saw each other was at the reunion, and they still had a lot to clear the air about—specifically JP's makeup comments. The firefighter admitted that Taylor was not the type of woman he'd hit on at a bar, and Taylor said she felt that vibe as soon as they left the pods. Ultimately, JP apologized for his comments about Taylor's appearance, and she forgave him. "Don't do that to another girl," she said.

JP is now seriously dating another woman, and Taylor is seeing someone, but it's still casual. "I am dating. I'm happy; I'm good, living my best life," she tells WH. "It's not, like, fully committed yet... We're just dating. It's been fun though."

Chris and Johnie

What happened on the show? After Izzy broke things off with Johnie, she went back to her other pod connection, Chris. Understandably, Chris was pretty suspect of how she truly felt about him (even though she proclaimed he is the one for her), so they initially left the pods not engaged, or even together, for that matter.

What's Chris and Johnie's relationship status now? In episode 7, these two made a comeback during a podsquad BBQ hang. Apparently, they re-met in person at the airport heading home (remember, they'd never seen each other IRL) and immediately hit it off. They started dating shortly thereafter.

However, at the reunion, the couple confirmed they were not longer together. Chris apparently started a relationship with another woman while dating Johnie, which ultimately ended the pair's relationship.

While Johnie was initially upset about the breakup, she quickly moved on—after a brief car makeout with Izzy—and has been dating someone new for about a year.

Uche and Aaliyah

What happened on the show? While these two lovebirds seemed like a solid match at first, two revelations in the pods ultimately spelled their young love's demise. Specifically, Uche learned that Aaliyah cheated on her partner in her last relationship, which was a big red flag for him, and Aaliyah learned that her pod squad BFF, Lydia, used to date Uche in real life.

Aaliyah ended up leaving the show early without telling Uche, and things kinda fell apart from there.

What's their relationship status? Uche and Aaliyah actually met up in the real world to grab coffee and talk through what went down in the pods. While it seemed like that was the last they saw of each other, Aaliyah tells WH that their relationship actually continued for a bit longer. "We went on a date following that sitdown [on the show]. We talked almost daily for probably like close to a month, maybe a month and a half following," she says. "But just certain things kept coming to the surface when it came to he and I, and I think we just ultimately needed to just say, 'Okay, let's take the space to heal.'"

Ultimately, Aaliyah said at the reunion that she found Uche to be a little mean to her, and realized she probably wasn't his type. He declined an invitation to the reunion, so it's unclear what he thinks about their whole situation today. But Aaliyah has since found her happy ending: "I'm dating and I'm happy," she tells WH. "I'm in a good place."

Season 4:

The fourth season of LIB was full of D-R-A-M-A. From cheating rumors, to derogatory texts, switch-ups, and soul mates, this pod squad really had it all. Three couples are still together, while two called it quits. Plus, at the reunion, cast members gave updates on their married (or single) lives and more.

Micah and Paul

What happened on the show: Paul and Micah hit it off pretty early in the pods, but they had what Micah called a “slow burn." While some viewers thought this was just a lack of chemistry, the couple did their best to stick it out til the very end. Unfortunately, Paul said no at the altar leaving a devastated Micah to process what happened.

Everyone felt awkward and there were tears shed by all. As one attendee said, “I wish I was way drunker.”

What’s Micah and Paul's relationship status now? While they tried to date briefly after the show, they're definitely not together now. Micah explained that “there was a lot to talk about, a lot to work through,” and that they “both have a lot left in our journey, separately, maybe together.”

She is not dating anyone right now, but Paul's mom told her during ATA that he's "talking to someone." The mystery woman could be Geneva Dunham, founder of Lashes x Geneva. The two have traveled a bunch since Paul first posted a pic of her, making it IG official. However, the last time Paul posted anything on Instagram was in mid-July.

“Right now, I'm just working on myself and who knows what the future holds,” Micah told WH in April. “I'm definitely single, so maybe I need something else to help me find my person.”

Micah posted an Instagram shortly after the finale release with the caption, "Listen, I've taken care of myself my entire life. I'll be ok."

Tiffany and Brett

What happened on the show: Every season has that perfect couple, and for season 4, it’s Tiffany and Brett. Seriously, these two were a match made in heaven.

What’s Tiffany and Brett's relationship status now? They're still happily married! During ATA "The Browns" looked happy as can be. Back in April, Brett told Women's Health that Tiffany moved to Portland shortly after the wedding. “Married life has been great,” he added. Together, they’ve been doing lots of traveling—Mexico, Houston, Columbia, visiting Brett’s fam in North Carolina.

“We're enjoying our life together. Our love is growing stronger every day,” Brett says. “We're great.”

Tiffany posts a lot of cute pics with Brett these days, including some really romantic video shots in July. They seem to be very happy together!

The two also celebrated their first wedding anniversary in May. "We kicked off our anniversary weekend by making it to our first Lakers game! 🔥🏀," Tiffany wrote on Instagram next to a slew of shots of herself and Brett at the NBA playoffs. "Thank you Netflix for making this happen!"

Chelsea and Kwame

What happened on the show: Chelsea and Kwame were PDA royalty this season, and the physical chemistry was palpable, even in the pods. It was very clear that they wanted to be together, and they adjusted to “real life” well after their engagement. Both said yes at the altar to a standing ovation from the crowd before sharing a steamy kiss.

What’s Chelsea Kwame's relationship status now? They're still married, and Kwame officially moved to Seattle after the show.

And things are going well. “Marriage is really fun! It’s challenging but really fun and the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done,” Chelsea tells WH just before the ATA premiere. “We’ve been hunkering in and spending a lot of time with family and really prioritizing that, which has been a beautiful blessing and we are definitely looking forward to making more memories with our extended families.”

The one issue they have run into is the fact that Kwame has had to sacrifice his love of travel for Chelsea's busy schedule. "In the first year of our relationship, we were trying to figure out how to fit that in—and obviously, it was a big discussion throughout the season as well. Travel is a big lifeline for me. So we’ve gotten to a point where we’ve worked it out, how we can make things happen and how we do that together,"

The two post each other a lot on Instagram, and look like they've been having fun hanging out with family, traveling on a cruise, and hitting up the Seattle Seahawks training camp.

In September 2023, it seemed the pair was still going very strong. "Our goal this summer was just to focus on each other and enjoy our marriage, and I think we thoroughly fulfilled that goal," Chelsea told PEOPLE. "We'll continue that goal and add some cool things into the mix this next year."

Zack and Bliss

What happened on the show: A lot. First, Zack was having a hard time choosing between Bliss and Irina, and ultimately proposed to Irina. It was clear they were *not* a good match, though, and they broke things off before even leaving Mexico. Zack realized he’d made a mistake and asked Bliss for a second chance. They got married on a beautiful, sunny day, and didn’t look back. Oh, and their first dance was to "I Hope You Dance," of course.

What’s Zack and Bliss' relationship status now? Still married, and still doing well! It seems that second time was certainly the charm for this duo. Drum roll please... Zach and Bliss are having a baby, due this spring!

“She told me her mother sent us a cake for her birthday,” Zack told PEOPLE. “I believe that, right? That is actually something she would do... So Bliss is like, 'Open up the cake,' I read it and it says, ‘I Love You Dad,' and I’m like, ‘What? Why is your mom calling me that?’”

Once he figured it out, they both cried, Bliss shared with the mag. On Feb. 16, they revealed they're having a baby girl in a YouTube video.

"Over the past year, Bliss and I have fallen so much deeper in love with each other. We were definitely in love at the beginning, but it has just grown," Zack told WH before the ATA premiere. Just the little things—no one in the world knows me better than my wife."

Bliss has been equally happy. "He cooks me dinner every single night, he’s just really so sweet and consistently shows up in our marriage and is always open to growing and learning together," she says. "I can tell him my deepest, darkest secrets and he’s accepting. He’s a very non-judgmental person. I just feel so safe with him."

Jackie and Marshall

What happened on the show: These two are definitely off to a rocky start from the get-go and they become the second couple to call it quits after a cliffhanger in episode 8. Oh, and Jackie doesn't give the ring back (and still hasn’t to this day) because she says that the show bought the rings, not Marshall. Jackie later gets back with another podmate, Jason.

What’s Jackie and Marshall's relationship status now? Big drama here. Marshall and Jackie don’t interact at all post-breakup, and things were still super tense in April after the reunion aired. Marshall asked Jackie for a truce at the reunion, muttering that he had already offered this option with no response.

While Marshall initially went on a date with another contestant, Kacia, from the pods, he is now very much in love with a woman, Dr. Chay Barnes. During ATA, Marshal gushes about her. "Chay makes me feel loved every time she looks in my eyes," he says.

Jackie, on the other hand, has been dating fellow contestant Josh since the end of the show. They appeared via video stream at the reunion and showed up on ATA together.

It's safe to say these two have *no* lingering feelings for each other.

Season 3:

Only two couples from season 3 have stuck it out through thick and thin: Colleen and Matt, and Alexa and Brennon. The other three couples crashed and burned (with some rekindled emotions here and there). If you don't recall the cuties incident of 2k22, you should rewatch the season 3 reunion.

Bartise and Nancy

What happened on the show: Nancy had reservations about 25-year-old Bartise, since she thought he might be too young for her. Two weeks before their wedding, she told him that she was going to say no, so he whipped himself into shape and asked for another chance. As a result, Nancy tells WH that she was “blindsided" when he said no at the altar. Her family got really upset, too, which rustled some feathers with Bartise.
