TikTok is calling Gwyneth Paltrow the ‘Mother of All Almond Moms’ after ‘daily wellness routine’ goes viral

Academy Award winner Gwyneth Paltrow is going viral after detailing her “daily wellness routine” — earning her the title “Mother of All Almond Moms.”

Paltrow sat down with Dr. Will Cole, host of the podcast The Art of Being Well, during which she answered the question, “What’s your wellness routine look like right now?”

Her answer to this question was clipped out and uploaded to the podcast network’s TikTok account (@dearmedia), where it quickly gained over 1.4 million views and over 8,600 comments.

While we’ve seen celebrity interviews go viral on TikTok before — like the Kate Gosselin Today interview that resurfaced and gave millions of TikTokers “red flags” — but Paltrow’s interview seems to be starting an important conversation about the term “wellness” and what it really means.

The video — a 40-second clip taken from an hourlong podcast episode — details the GOOP founder’s daily “wellness routine.”

According to the clip, Paltrow’s day begins with intermittent fasting and nothing that spikes her blood sugar — so just coffee. Around noon, she’ll have soup or bone broth for lunch. After that, it’s off for an hour of “movement,” followed by dry-brushing, then 30 minutes in her infrared sauna. She then ends her day with an early paleo dinner, which usually consists of “lots of vegetables.”

“It’s really important for me to support my detox,” Paltrow says at the end of the clip.

Inspired by her routine, many TikTokers took to the comment section to give Paltrow a new title.

“The mother of all almond moms,” one user wrote, which got more than 30,000 likes.

“Almond mom final boss,” wrote another, this time liked by over 18,000 users.

“Almond mom realness ✨,” echoed another.

But it wasn’t just TikTokers who had strong opinions on Paltrow’s “wellness routine.” Professional dietitians dueted the viral clip to share their own opinions on the actress’s routine.
