After a rocky reboot, Top Gear looks like it's taking the right approach to Season 24. With Matt LeBlanc taking the helm, and bigger roles for Chris Harris and Rory Reid, we can't wait to see what the showhas in store. Thankfully, we won't have to wait long.

BBC America just announced that Top Gear Season 24 will premiere on March 12th in the U.S., one week after its UK release on March 5th. This year marks the 40th anniversary of Top Gear, though the original format used from 1997 to 2001 was decidedly different from the revamped show that was launched in 2002.

Top Gear is always under pressure to entertain its fans, but after a disappointing 23rd season with Chris Evans as lead host, the stakes are even higher for Season 24. Based on a trailer released last week, this season of Top Gear looks like it won't disappoint. Most importantly, though, LeBlanc, Harris, and Reid seem to have some real, natural chemistry–something the show lacked with Chris Evans at the helm.
