In addition, many of these vehicles weren’t well cared for during their time, so finding a good example is even harder to come by. 1959 Ford F-100 Custom

Powering this truck is a 223 cubic inch V6 engine, which is backed by a MD 3-speed automatic transmission. Both the engine and the transmission have been rebuilt, and many other mechanical parts have been rebuilt, or replaced. It has a custom dual exhaust and custom cab. See it here.
