Bad weather hits rescue operations in Uttarakhand

Uttarakhand Tourism Minister Amrita Rawat on Thursday said that inclement weather would hamper rescue operation in state devastated by the raging floods due to early monsoon. Meanwhile, former chief minister of Uttarakhand Bhagat Singh Koshiyari, lashed the ruling state government for not taking any lessons from the calamity which had hit the region last year. Meanwhile, Nilesh Anand Bharne, superintendent of police, Rudraprayag district said that they are doing their best to help those stranded in Kedarnath.
