Bollywood's good bad man Pran dies at 93

Veteran Bollywood actor Pran passed away on Friday night at Lilavati Hospital, at the age of 93. He had been admitted to hospital a month ago, due to ill health. The actor, who acted in more than 300 films in a five-decade career, was recently honoured with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award. Born Pran Kishan Sikand into a Punjabi family in Delhi, the actor is known for his powerful screen presence that intimidated heroes and heroines for decades. Pran left his imprint as a villain with powerful roles in films like 'Kashmir ki Kali', 'Khandaan', 'Aurat', 'Bari Behen', 'Jis Desh Men Ganga Behti Hai', 'Half Ticket', 'Upkar', 'Purab Aur Paschim', 'Don' 'Karz' and 'Naseeb'.
