Bribery Row: 'Resignation no punishment' for Pawan Bansal, says CPI (M)

The CPI (M), on Saturday said resignation of Union railway minister, Pawan Kumar Bansal over his nephew's bribery case was no punishment. CPI (M) leader, Sitaram Yechury denounced the resignation demands from the opposition leaders and stressed on the need of strengthening of India's judiciary system. Meanwhile, TMC Leader Derek O' Brien slammed the Congress and said that the party was currently laden in scams in all modes-whether air, coal or underground and now railways.
