Mini's launching the fifth-generation Cooper hatchback for the 2025 model year and, as a sign of the times, is leading with the Cooper Electric.
The redesigned Cooper Electric sports revised styling that pays homage to the original Mini and the previous generations of the modern Minis.
The brand's signature round headlamps are still there, and the new car wears a floating roof design which can be had in a two-tone color scheme like the one shown here.
A crisper-looking profile makes the 2025 model look more modern.
The rear end sees the most styling alterations, but the updated triangular taillights still light up in a stylized Union Jack flag pattern.
The model shown here is a high-end trim, which comes with a panoramic sunroof.
Overall, the updated exterior styling remains cheeky and cute, which will certainly resonate with current Cooper owners.
A black bar runs the width of the Cooper tail and connects the two taillights.
The debut model also wears an interesting wheel design that's mostly black but with certain sections being polished metal.
The new car is roughly the same size inside and out as the old one, so don't expect a ton more passenger or cargo space. Mini has made a lot more changes inside, so make sure to flip through our interior photo gallery for those details.
