Hyundai's Santa Fe Hybrid has been reimagined for the 2024 model year as a more rugged-looking three-row crossover with bold, boxy styling and a more upscale interior design.
The mid-size crossover's looks are wildly different from the more curvaceous 2023 Santa Fe.
Viewed from the side, you can see a floating-roof design and angular fender flares.
With the rooftop tent in place, the 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid looks like it belongs in off-grid camping situations.
The rear end of the Santa Fe Hybrid is perhaps the most polarizing part of the new design, but its flat look and H-shaped taillights nicely match the front.
Speaking of the front, the Santa Fe Hybrid's headlamps receive a similar H-shaped design, but they are connected by a full-length light bar across the grille.
The Santa Fe Hybrid's cabin also receives a thorough makeover, with a modern and upscale design that wouldn't look out of place in a Range Rover.
Speaking of Range Rover, we see some of that off-road icon's influence in the Santa Fe Hybrid's steering wheel. They look too similar for the resemblance to be an accident.
The front seats look comfortable and the bolstering looks robust enough to hold you in place when cornering.
Second row captain's chairs are sure to be a hit with family buyers, and we can see a separate sunroof back there for passengers to enjoy as well.
Overall, the Santa Fe Hybrid's new design is a grand departure from the previous generation model, and so far we like what we see.
