The Ares S1 is a C8 Corvette that has been rebodied.
The transformation takes place at the Ares workshop in Modena, Italy.
Impressively, the S1's design looks nothing like that of its donor car.
In place of the Corvette's front-hinged doors, the Ares S1 swaps in gullwing doors—a hypercar must-have.
Under the radically transformed exterior, the Corvette mechanicals remain largely intact.
The Ares S1 interior also sees significant change.
Gone is the ridge separating the driver and the passenger in the Corvette.
The Ares S1 dash features new screens for instrumentation and infotainment. It also adds a third display for the front passenger.
