To evoke the CJ8 Scrambler pickup from the 1980s, Jeep took a white Gladiator Rubicon and gave it a set of side stripes in the colors Punk'N Metallic Orange and Nacho.

Also finished in those colors is the word "Scrambler" in script on each side of the hood and a stripe in the center of it. The hard top is painted in a "vintage amber" color that was used on the original Scrambler's tops.

Because Jeep, to its credit, would never create a concept for Moab that doesn't have actual mechanical upgrades for better off-road capability, the Scrambler receives a two-inch lift from the Jeep Performance Parts catalog. That allows for the 37-inch tires, which are mounted on bronze-painted 17-inch wheels taken from the catalog.

Given Fiat Chrysler's reputation for bringing back classic colors to the Wrangler and to muscle cars like the Dodge Charger and Challenger each year, we could totally see Jeep offering retro stripe packages as special editions of the Gladiator.
