Side-by-side vehicles like the Polaris RZR are fun four-wheelers used mostly for off-roading through wooded trails and generally having a good time away from the pavement. This Polaris RZR, as you're about to see, is a little different.

Someone at the Monticello Motor Club thought it would be a good idea to fit a set of street tires on one of its two-seat, short-wheelbase Polaris RZR XP Turbo side-by-sides and let track director (and former Rally America champion) Chris Duplessis rip around on the course's infield karting track. It was a good idea, indeed.

The combination of those tires plus the RZR's fancy adjustable suspension and 168-horsepower turbocharged 925cc twin-cylinder means a whole lot of sideways action, as you can see. Duplessis places the RZR with some impressive accuracy, even managing to do a few donuts around an unsuspecting kart driver.
