You Can Wear the 1986 Ford Bronco II SUV Anywhere
For 1974, Ford built a sporty car on the Pinto platform and named it the Mustang II. A few years later, the Torino became the LTD II, while the unrelated full-size LTD sat next to it in Ford showrooms.
That plan worked so well that, starting with the 1984 model year, an SUV-ized Ranger became the Bronco II and was sold alongside the F-Series-derived big Bronco.
