In a daring heist, three individuals targeted a premium car showroom located in the heart of Toronto and sped away with three opulent vehicles. The incident, which has left the city shocked, transpired near Dundas Street East and Carroll Street, a short distance from the DVP, on the afternoon of July 22. The local police force was alerted around 3:40 p.m. about the theft.

Details emerging from the scene indicate that the trio entered the showroom and swiftly commandeered three high-end vehicles. Among the stolen cars were a 2021 Rolls Royce Dawn without a license plate, a 2022 Bentley Bentayga bearing the Ontario plate CYAA632, and a white 2020 Rolls Royce Cullinan with the plate CXCY439.

While the authorities have yet to disclose the modus operandi used by the culprits or provide a valuation of the looted assets, market insights suggest that the Dawn is priced close to $460,000. The Cullinan, an upscale SUV, carries a tag of about $550,000. Meanwhile, the price range for the Bentley Bentayga fluctuates between $230,000 and $313,000, contingent on the model and added features.

The stolen vehicles were last tracked heading north on Carroll Street. To aid their ongoing investigation, the police department has circulated photographs of the culprits, urging community members to come forward with any pertinent information.

Recent statistics reveal a worrying trend for Toronto, with car thefts surging by 38.5% this year compared to the previous one, marking the highest uptick among major crime categories in the metropolis.
