BMW is launching a new iteration of the popular X3 SUV for 2025, with a stylish new exterior masking upgraded four- and six-cylinder engines.
The X3 comes in two flavors: the xDrive30 and the sportier M50 seen here.
The M50 gets a blacked-out grille and large intakes in the front bumper.
The 2025 X3 has more intricate lights, with T-shaped LEDs in the taillights and overlapping L-shaped LEDs in the headlights.
The M50 is powered by a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six producing 393 horsepower and 428 pound-feet of torque.
The xDrive30 gets a unique interpretation of BMW's kidney grille, which consists of vertical and diagonal lines.
Under the hood of the xDrive30 is a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that churns out 255 hp and 295 pound-feet of torque.
The M50 rides on adaptive dampers and has an M Sport rer differential.
The M50 also packs M Sport brakes that include fixed four-piston front calipers and floating single-piston rear calipers.
Many of the M50's performance goodies are also offered as options on the xDrive30.
