Lincoln has overhauled the Nautilus for the 2024 model year, and the new SUV represents a big leap forward for the brand's design, engineering, and luxury street cred. Hybrid and nonhybrid models are offered this time around, both coming standard with all-wheel drive.
A more sculptural design language for the Lincoln brand has debuted on the 2024 Nautilus, which features a body side uninterrupted by door handles.
A full-width light bar and illuminated Lincoln star logo (the latter standard on the Reserve and Black Label models) give the front end a glowing appearance at night.
The rear end also features a linear lighting element, while the trendy floating roof design is similar to what you'll find on a Range Rover.
The biggest changes are to the Nautilus's cabin, which is headlined by a giant 48.0-inch display that fits inside a curved wall wrapping around the base of the windshield.
Using the 11.1-inch touchscreen, you can interact with the infotainment system like normal but project certain apps onto the larger display.
Interior material quality takes a big step up in the 2024 Nautilus, with leather or vinyl covering most of the interior's plastics.
The vehicle featured in this gallery wears a new interior color scheme called Redwood—available only on the top-level $75,845 Black Label model—which includes this lovely wood trim.
All but the base Nautilus model come with a Revel stereo system; upper-crust trims get a 28-speaker setup with several acoustic modes.
More examples of the 2024 Nautilus's newfound attention to detail can be seen here in the matching white stitching and piping of the available 24-way adjustable seats.
For long-distance highway cruising, the Nautilus can take on much of the driving duties via its standard BlueCruise hands-free driving mode.
With marked improvements in every metric, the 2024 Nautilus moves ever closer to the heart of the mid-size luxury-SUV market.
